Stages modification through the clickable statusbar wasn't very intuitive.
By fixing default behavior through states (and corresponding buttons), default user experience is simplified.
3 static states available : draft, open, closed

Purpose: use more email_formatted when possible, clean and simplify
email_from, email_to and partner_to computation.
Next step is to try to extract some common patterns in tools or methods in
order to simplify template creation and customization.

Is now a textarea with a single row to allow expending it and see the full
answer when there is too much text to fit on the screen.

The certification email template had both "email_to" and "partner_to" fields set
and that implied the mail being sent twice.
This commit removes the "partner_to" field to fix it.

(In addition to receiving an email containing the certification)

In order to allow the user to ealisy retake the survey he just either passed
or failed (in case of scoring activated), a retry button is added not only
in case of failed scoring survey (like it was already the case)
but also for non scoring survey.
This button is also added in the review survey page, to get direct access to
retry the survey.
The rule is the following and apply to all survey types :
If not quizz passed (this will be always true for non scoring survey):

Before this commit, the syntax to start a tour was extremely verbose.
With this new method, it is possible to start a tour by just giving the
essential parameter: the tour name.
The full set of features from browser_js are kept by using **kwargs.

Currently, user input lines of type ´datetime´ are not
correctly displayed in both situations:
1. not displayed at all in the survey result frontend page
2. the answered value is not displayed in the form view of
a user input line.
This commit fixes both issues

Commit 98d0424 (merged in saas-12.1) fixed a Deprecated warning by using
`field_utils.parse.date` instead of relying on
moment to parse the date.
However, a datetime question type was added in saas-12.2.
When the fix commit was forward ported, the parsing of datetime
broke as `field_utils.parse.date` can't parse a datetime.
Fix: use `field_utils.parse.datetime` if `questiontype === 'datetime'`.
Also, defining `toJSON` method is no longer necessary because
it is already done in the field_utils methods.
This widget does not exist anymore since the merge between the all widgets
(new view refactoring).

This commit adds a stat button on the survey form view showing the amount
of answers with the quizz_passed field set to True.
It allows to quickly see people that have been granted the certification.
On click, the stat button redirects to the answers list view with the "Quizz passed"
filter defaulted to True.

This commit fixes the shared dict in the survey statistics computation that
causes surveys to incorrectly share the same stats when computed in batch.

This commit fixes the survey to allow sending invitation even if the survey
has no pages as long as the questions_layout is 'page_per_question'.
As both `survey_url` and `public_url` are `Char` fields, the correct widget
to use is `CopyClipboardChar` (`CopyClipboardText` is for `Text` fields).
This was causing a display issue (the style of mentioned widgets is different).
