For a first iteration, Russian translations were done using DeepL using
1 large .pot file of all the standard modules to translate (e.g. no
localizations, no test modules, etc). Unfortunately for some reason
doing a msgmerge with the existing ru.po files didn't seem to work, so
old "Translators" metadata at top of files were lost (maybe they will be
re-added during next Transifex sync?)

To reproduce:
- Go in admin user
- activate Audit Trail in the settings
- Log out
- Connect as demo
- Go to the audit trail report
- Activate the filter Update Only
=> Access right error
The demo user doesn't have the right access
for the domain of the filter.
We should hide this filter for these users

The `account_audit_trail` was part of the `l10n_in` module, which restricted its
usage to Indian localization.
After this commit
=================
The `account_audit_trail` module has been separated from the `l10n_in` module.
It is now a standalone module, allowing it to be used independently in various
locations if needed.
