Jigar Vaghela fbc7c7cd05 [FIX] l10n_in_edi: fix token_validity time convert to utc, fix groups name

we find some bug when backporting to v15 so we fix this in fw-port

value of token_validity is not converted to UTC so fix it,
And groups in the field are wrong like ```account.group_system``` so set right one ```base.group_system```
Also, fix IAP buy credits message where set URL out of the Markup

Task 2179664
