before this commit, when a portal user edited its details, the State field was not updated on change of country_id This was because a CSS class was missing. We make the details template calling portal_layout as it should to get every resource we need in the rendering of details OPW 767041 Closes #18984

If you are a developer you may type the following command at your terminal:
wget -O- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/odoo/odoo/master/setup/setup_dev.py | python

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:
$ ./setup/setup_dev.py setup_git_dev
To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:
$ ./setup/setup_dev.py setup_git_review
