This merge fixes various inconsistencies and other bugs in im_livechat and website_livechat apps. - rename Rated user filter into Rated Operator - improve livechat window feedback layout: add padding to improve readability of the feedback screen - use real odoo url for placeholders (contact us) - apply internal livechat window style to external livechat window: apply missing style rules to external livechat window in order to make it look like the internal version of the livechat window. - fix rating values (during rating of the conversation or in livechat channel rating page) - hide page views information for non website_designer to avoid crash for other user groups.
