PURPOSE After internal feedback, improve crm activity reporting and lead duplicates finding by tweaking the feature and adding indexes. SPECIFICATIONS [PERF] crm: add index on phone_sanitized This allows to speedup exact match searching, notably in lead duplicates. [PERF] crm: rewrite duplicates computation Criterions are now * email domain exact match; * phone_sanitized exact match; * same commercial entity; [PERF] mail: update index on mail_activity_type_id Only not null values matter. [PERF] crm: fix performances of activity report Remove inclusion of discussion messages in the query. Keep only activities-based messages. See sub commits for more detailed rationales.
