Patrick Hoste 8bcdc5f82f [FIX] auth_password_policy: add PasswordField template to manifest

This commit adds the PasswordField template to the manifest
which was missing after being extracted from the JS Component.
Introduced by https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/688986f888f2fe2371d58b74ded81315ba6bb353
