This commit adapts the behavior of all readonly fields to take access rights into account when deciding whether the field should be editable or not. Steps to reproduce: give minimal access rights to Marc Demo user, log in as Marc Demo, go to crm, make sure no one is assigned as salesperson in a record and check if the add user icon is available.
