Lucas Perais (lpe) 56f32b1dab [FIX] account: date makes test crash

Before this commit, the corrected test crashed when the current
date was before the arbitrary dates of the test
because the wrong exchange rate was taken

After this commit, the test passes

closes odoo/odoo#42671
