jlzhouandSplashS 5553615e4f [FIX] web: missing translation terms from Action Menu

This commit adds missing translations in the 'Print' and
'Action' items of the action menu. It also fixes the
current translation (env._t must not be used in the
template directly).

closes odoo/odoo#89094

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
