Audric Onockx (auon) 53c128d492 [FIX] sale_timesheet: adapt fields desciption to compute method deletion

In https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/105730,
we deleted `_compute_allocated_hours` method,
but it is still referenced in the description of field
`allocated_hours`. In this commit, we erase this reference.
And because it is not compute anymore, no need to specify
`store` and `readonly`.

closes odoo/odoo#116465
