In an invoice, the modification of an invoice line triggers the complete recomputation of the tax lines. However, it also deletes any manual taxes that could have been set (e.g. on vendor bills). Courtesy of @jjscarafia Closes #17885 opw-749323

If you are a developer you may type the following command at your terminal:
wget -O- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/odoo/odoo/9.0/odoo.py | python

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:
$ ./odoo.py setup_git_dev
To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:
$ ./odoo.py setup_git_review
