Given that `assertRecordValues()` is order-dependant to check the values, ensures that the pickings given in the test are in a fixed order. If the test is run too quickly, both delivery picking and return picking would have the same scheduled date, ordering them by 'id desc' since both priority and scheduled date would be equals.
