This commit replaces the `btn-link` with `text-info` since it is not a button and the `btn-link` class should be used in pair with the `btn` class. Moreover, the question mark button in form view supposed to trigger the `tooltip` box is difficult to reach since the triggering area behaves weirdly on chromium OSX.
