Noe Antoine 16d57b8e02 [IMP] website_event_track_live: remove js check for position-relative

In the fix introduced in https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/114341
we have added a 'position-relative' in the event_track_content
template. As it fixed a quite important issue on screen layout,
we also added a check in the JS to also impact stable instances
not updating their modules.

This commit removes this check in master.
