- The 'Extra Access Rights' is now hidden out of debug mode
- The fields 'company_id' (current company) and 'company_ids'
(allowed companies) are hidden if there are no more than 1
company in the database.
- If there are more than 1 company, the fields are displayed
on the user form view and setting more than 1 company on the
user will add him into the group 'group_multi_company'. On the
same way, setting only one company on a user will remove him
from this group
- The group 'group_multi_currencies' is displayed on the General
Settings. Enbaling this feature will add all the users into this
group. This is more accurate as this feature is more global
than per employee.
This additional administration group was formerly used to hide
the configuration menuitems for the common users.
Being manager should be enough to access these items
That way, we have only 2 ir.actions.todo executables on the common modules
(I don't count the configuration wizards in l10n_eu_service or oauth_ldap)
- 'base.open_menu' to jump on a frontend view
- 'theme_install_todo' to open the theme installation view
As the module website_theme_install is auto_install: True and so installed after
the modules like forum, slides, ..., the theme_install_todo is by accident
always the 1st chosen one, which was the wanted behavior.
NB: Remove the ldap wizard launcher
* Remove recursive assets inclusions (i.e. assets_editor was including
assets_common, summernote, ...)
* Better construct the assets (link, then script + type attribute)
* Better include the assets (split js / css, always use t-call-assets)

* assets_frontend is now created by web module to allow using it on the
connexion page but also in the web_editor, where colors have to be
bootstrap/theme ones. Note: if a module depends on website, then keep
using the inherit_id="WEBSITE.assets_frontend"
In 9.0 image_medium and image_thumb route are used to display thumbnail
of website_slides document.
These in 9.0 will scale the image, but also crop it so it has a good
aspect ratio.
In saas-6 this croping feature is not present and these thumbnail will
be scaled in diverse ugly way.
To improve a little the situation, this commit use some CSS (currently
not supported only by internet explorer) which give a similar aspect as
9.0's got.

Action and access button in notification emails are added. Override
mail_thread methods to add a specific link + an access buttons to
everybody if the slide is published.
