Simplify 'mail.tracking.value' model and code. Remove unnecessary fields and
computation. Make code easier to handle and more batch-enabled.
SPECIFICATIONS
Rename 'field' to 'field_id' on tracking model. It better indicates it is a
many2one and not a char field holding a field name for example.

When possible, use '@users' decorator. Rename tests to better match their
main purpose, notably
* test_mail_track*: mail_track specific (specific fields, display)
* test_message_track*: overall behavior of 'message_track', notably subtypes,
template usage, ...
Add some additional tests and improve test coverage, as some field types
were not covered (date, datetime, text notably). Improve currency
check for monetary fields.
Move 'mail.tracking.duration.mixin' tests into the file testing mixins
linked to 'mail.thread', rename the Case class according to current test
guidelines.
Also starting from now, `MailCommon` flushes tracking automatically at
setup time, allowing to remove some custom flush done in tests. That way
tests are less prone to non deterministic errors. This implies some changes
in execution of tests, which means some updated query counters notably.

Before this commit, owl was in the linter's accepted global variables.
This allowed direct access to owl global object.
For instance, to use xml from owl, you could do :
`const { xml } = owl;`
or you could use it directly:
`owl.xml`
Now, owl is not accepted on linter's global variables anymore, so to
import xml, now you need to use a proper import:
`import { xml } from "@odoo/owl";`

This commit aims to simplify the XMLParser logic and the way archs
are manipulated in views, motivated by [1] where we had to
modify the arch in View to insert access right information.
First, the xml utils have been reworked. The XMLParser class has
been removed. The xml utils module already exported a parseXML and
a serializeXML functions, this commit adds visitXML, s.t. the whole
XMLParser feature is fully replaced by the 3 functions.
Second, concrete views now receive the arch in props as an
XMLDocument, as the arch is parsed once for all in View. With this,
we were able to remove serializing/parsing back and forth at several
places, where we needed to extract information for sub-parts of an
arch individually (e.g. View, x2many subviews, list view groupby).
Third, even though this change has been driven by the one above and
wasn't initally wanted, the view compiler cache and API have been
simplified. The cache is now flat, there's an entry in the cache for
each template that has been compiled. Moreover, the useViewCompiler
hook no longer takes the cache key in params, as it can directly
compute it itself (the key being the outerHTML of the template).

Before this commit, all mail templates were shared, which was cluttering the UI
for everyone.
Now, each user can have their own templates that they can edit and save. Access
is done through the mail composer wizard, where users can only access their own
templates and templates that don't belong to anyone.
Some groups are considered as admins and can access all templates in
Settings/Technical/Email/Email Templates:
- Sales Admin
- Project Admins
- Helpdesk Admins
- Accountants
- Event Admins
- Recruitment Admins

Before this commit, when creating a new partner using the quick create option,
partner is not set because an email address is required to send a shared link.
In this commit, hide the quick create option so that user can add email,
if user wants to share link.

Add a new column, after tasks that shows the following information :
Tasks: Total done tasks / Total tasks (ratio in percentage)
Timesheet: Hours spent/ allocated hours (ratio in percentage)
\> visibility: only show if the timesheet setting is activated.
Right side panel :
Add the Done icon before Tasks
Add hours spent/allocated hours information under the Timesheet
Extra time: Add a new stat button that shows
the overall extra time used for the project.
visible if hours spent > allocated hours.
By clicking on this it will redirect to the same view
as we have for the timesheet stat button.

- A blank line is shown below the header line.

- No condition is applied to it when we do not have a customer set.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) install the project module
2) give a user access to the Marc Demo and log in with the Marc demo
3) through the Kanban view of the project open burger menu
4) You can see that the view section is not styled properly and adding a
scrollbar to the view
Cause:
View section is assigned the 'row' bootstrap class, which causes a scrollbar to
appear.
Fix:
To eliminate the scrollbar, the 'row' class should be removed from the Kanban
View section.

This commit removes the files ajax.js and rpc.js then adapts all the
places where their exports were used. For most of the changes, it's a
replace of `this._rpc({...})` by a new `useService("rpc|orm")` like
pattern in the widgets.

Issue:
After 213b6885312f3da3bf5bff995861758a1afcde76, some custom filters
on tags can throw a stacktrace.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install Project
- Project > Custom Filter > Tags contains 'Internal'
- Stacktrace
Cause:
When `limit=None`, which is explicitly set when creating custom
filters, the `name_search` crashes when comparing an `int` (the len
(ids)) with the limit which is `None`.
Fix:
Elaborate the condition to handle the case when `limit=None`.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
when logged in user name is too long then it take whole header to display it
name.
In project module, if milestone name is long then name is overflowing.
Current behavior before PR:
whole header is occupied when username is long.
milestone name is overflowing when name is too long.
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
when username is long it would show with '...' format.
when milestone name is long it would show with '...' format.
Fix:
some property is added in oe_topbar_name class to display the username in short
and '...' format.
add some bootstrap class so that long name should be formatted in '...' .

The commit 05855b6bb6d8a22ceb1f8b25332a146eed912660 introduced a
fast-path for the name_search on tags from the form view of tasks.
But the implementation was too complex and wasn't handling correctly
all possible operators (it just had a fallback on the default
parent name_search implementation).
The aim is to simplify the code for better robustness and
maintainability long term.
Fix:
Convert the query to it's equivalent python code. It has a slight
performance regression than the previous implementation (we are
making 3 queries worse-case instead of 1), but the regression is
non-significant and not critical.

The moment.js library is officially done and no longer recommends its
use for new projects. As such, we have been progressively moving to
luxon instead. Until recently, we still had some libraries that depended
on it, and some leftover calls to it. This is no longer the case, and as
such, the library can be removed completely.

before this commit, you could have silent errors or "lucky" imports (import a module based on the fact that his asset will surely be load and if not, the error would be silent anyway).
e.g.: The tours cannot import modules extern to tours' bundle anymore. Or load module before your libs in assets.

This commit tried to remove owl_compatibility completely but its last
uses are either in refactoring or a bit complex to migrate. Instead of
removing the helpers completely, this commit simplifies them a lot and

luxon and moment are both used in the solution, but these two libraries
facilitate the manipulation of dates. It was decided to replace all uses of
moment with luxon so we can then remove moment.js from the code and lighten the
assets.

Before this commit, formatters like `formatMonetary` and `formatFloat`
weren't loaded in the assets front-end.
This commit introduces `formatAmount` ( `formatMonetary` calls
`formatAmount` but makes some prior processing to deduce the currency
from the field) and makes `formatAmount` and `formatFloat` accessible
from any front-end application.
Note: The currencies were added in the front-end session info because
they are needed in `formatAmount`.

Before this commit, the group by in the gantt view of project didn't
allow the user to find records for which there were not scheduled tasks.
For example, if a Sale Order didn't have a scheduled task, when grouping
by Sale Order, the latter was not displayed. And searching for its name
was not displaying it either.
After this commit, when a user is searching for a sale order, even if
the latter does not have any scheduled task, it is displayed in order to
facilitate the scheduling of new tasks.
In order to do so, a group expand on sale_order_id for the project.task
model have been introduced.

Before this commit, the conversion from a subtask to a standalone task
or the opposite was possible in debug mode. In order to provide for
users a way to convert task to subtask or the opposite without polluting
the interface, a action is added. Also, when the user clicks on search
more on a many2one field pointing on `project.task`, if the active_model
and the active_id are defined then if we will try to load the last
update status by using `active_id` even if `active_model` is not the
`project.project` model.
This commit adds a action that opens a form dialog. The user
can choose to put a parent task or not. If not, the task becomes a
standalone task. Otherwise, the selected parent task becomes the parent.
This commit adds also an additional check before loading and displaying
the last update status of the project active to be sure the `active_id`
is the id of a project, that is, `active_model` has to be equal to
`project.project` to be able to load the last project update status.
Moreover, a UI change in the stat button showing the number of subtask
is modified in order to display also the number of closed sub tasks.

In the portal view of tasks, we set a default groupby in _prepare_task_values to project.
However, since this method is called every time we change the groupby, it is effectively
impossible to group by anything other than project.
This commit fixes this so that it is possible to select other groupbys.

When viewing an individual project in the portal, despite there being a single project,
we still want to group by project when that project has shared documents, so that the
"Documents" button is displayed.
This commit adds a method meant to be overriden in documents_project so that behavior can
be readded for project with shared documents only.

Currently, the field date_last_stage_update is updated when the state of the task is changed,
but only if the target stage is a closing state.
It could however be useful to know when the state was last changed regardless of if it's closing or not.
This commit makes it so that the field is updated after any state change.

As the Activity button (clock icon) is the same kind of action
it make sense to apply the text-muted on the quick assign.
To make the hover clearer we apply a text-dark on hover using the
btn-link + contextual classes function. We apply the same to the

When we haven't provided a custom action, the tour step runs the default
action. In the final step of the tour, when there is no `run` or
`isCheck` provided, It shows warnings of 'ignoring action (auto) of last
step' as it can lead to a race condition.

This commit, adds a new python method (`web_save`) to save a record, and
optionally read-it again in one rpc call. This optimizes the current
behavior that is to save a record in one rpc, and read-it in a second
rpc.
web_save, will receive the list of IDs of the records to save (if this
list is empty it will create the records, if not, it will write on the
existing records), the list of changed fields, and the unity
specification as optional argument to read the created/modified records
(if the specification is not set, the function will return a list of IDs
of the created/modified records).

Before this commit when we login as a user having project rights and open the
form view then 'project status' stat button isn't clickable. So in this commit
we have fixed that issue by giving group project user groups to stat button .
