[FIX] project: Fix portal view conditional assets tests

The iframe doesn't need assets tests because they are loaded outside of the iframe. The tour didn't crash because the content of the iframe was present (below the traceback message) closes odoo/odoo#135492 Signed-off-by: Samuel Degueldre (sad) <sad@odoo.com>
