The license is missing in most enterprise manifest so
the decision was taken to make it explicit in all cases.
When not defined, a warning will be triggered starting from
14.0 when falling back on the default LGPL-3.

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:
It is currently quite difficult to differentiate users. Most of the time, people
don't take the time to upload an actual avatar so everybody looks the same. This
PR generates a custom avatar with the users initials and random color to
differentiate them. For res.users, res.partner and hr.employee, image fields now
hold the binary image and avatar are used to show the image or svg.
Current behavior before PR:
Avatar had only random colors and was being saved in database, being inefficient
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
A new mixin defines image fields and in case no image is set, it generates an
SVG image with the user's initials and random color.

From 631019b86 /members route never fills free_partner_ids which is used
to determine pagination and filling contact on map up to maximum number
of contacts (currently 2000).
With this changeset, we fix them so the pagination should be shown if it
is necessary to display free membership partners.

Some apps, once installed, automatically create a menuitem in website.
What complexify the UI and create useless menu withtout plusvalue.
It is not because you install livechat to make support online, that you want
a link in your menu to show stats e.g.
Now we remove the default menu created, and help user to find it when he create
a link. The autocomplete suggest most of the main App's controllers

ir.rule are default values but can be customized based on the
company's policy and needs.
This is typically a record that is in noupdate as should be
customization-friendly.
On the website for portal and public users, we only show membership
products that are set as website_published.
But if you only install eg. website_membership there is no clear way
through "Members" > "Configuration" | "Membership Products" to set
product as website_published.

In 0.15 accessing werkzeug.urls functions directly through werkzeug
is deprecated, the shortcut will be removed in the eventual werkzeug
1.0.
Fix existing uses of these shortcuts. Also cleanup some imports when
they're not far from a werkzeug* import being altered.
This commit fix most `t-set` errors that either led to:
1. unwanted text to be considered as translatable.
eg: `<t t-set="classes">text-left bg-100 p4</t>` would create an
`ir.translation`.
2. text that should be translatable were not.
eg: `<t t-set="text" t-value="'Both'"/>` would not create an
`ir.translation` while it should.
If a text should be translatable, it should never be inside a `t-value`:
- `<t t-set="text">Both</t>`
If a text should not be translatable, it sould either be inside `t-value`,
`t-valuef` or the `<t>` tag should have `t-translation="off"`:
- `<t t-set="classes" t-translation="off">text-left bg-100 p4</t>`
- `<t t-set="classes" t-valuef="text-left bg-100 p4"/>`
- `<t t-set="classes" t-value="'text-left bg-100 p4'"/>`

From now, you need to explicitely add sitemap=True if you want your controller
into the sitemap.
It's the default value, but if you forgot it, it will raise a Warning on runbot.
It will avoid wrong controller in sitemap and duplicate (empty) content.
From now, if your model contains a field website_id, the modelConverter for
sitemap will automatically add the domain:
"[('website_id', 'in', (False, current_website_id))]"
It avoid redundant declaration and ugly url in redirect/rewrite view.
Migration: need to remove it from url_from in website.rewrite

There are too many image sizes. Since they are stored resized this takes time to
generate when saving a new image, it's more rows on the attachment table, more
files on the disk, ...
64px is close enough to 128px that it can be removed without a big impact on
download size.
It will even reduce download and number of requests when both images are
displayed because now only one has to be downloaded and then benefit from cache.
The difference between the two is typically around 1.5kB which is negligible
these days, especially when the request overhead is around 0.5kB already, not
even taking into account other factors such as latency.
If a 64px image must absolutely be returned, it is still possible to pass the
size parameters to the image route. But the current guideline is to handle
resizing in the views when necessary.

=====
- remove width and height attributes when existing CSS rules are overriding them
(eg. `.oe_kanban_avatar` in the right context)
- add CSS rules instead of width and height attributes when possible
- use `object-fit: cover;` where width and height are forced to avoid distortion
of non-square images
- for products, use `object-fit: contain;` instead, keep ratio but without crop
- add new CSS rules where the expected size was max 64px*64px before due to the
image size itself
- remove `img-fluid` where using size classes to avoid conflicting rules

The `website_published` field from the website's mixins is basically a readonly
from `is_published` field.
On read, this field will simply read `is_published` and check if the record's
website_id is accessible (only for the multi mixin).
On write, it will always write on `is_published`.
This commit improves a few things:
- A lot of code was writting on website_published which was just then writting
on is_published. Writting directly on is_published makes more sense.
- Some backend fields would still reference `website_published` instead of
`is_published` which would just go through the related for no reason.
Plus, using `is_published` will make the field tooltip more accurate as we
are not in a website context ('Visible on current website' to 'Is Published')
- Filter and search on tree view were still using the `website_published`
related field, which is just a readonly when we are not in a frontend
context.
- Some create and write function would have security check on
`website_published` value but that was wrong as the user could bypass that by
simply writting on `is_published`. For the write method, check `is_published`
is more accurate as it will cover both case since `website_published` will
then call the write method on `is_published`

PR: #34925
Commit 5804246e0f introduced some improvements to speed up performances.
One of them was to check if a customize_show view was active or not but the
condition was on view.customize_show instead of view.active.
Thus, as that view is always a customize_show, the condition would always be
met.

Since multi-website 4f6ec1cd2a, `website_published` became a computed field
and `is_published` was introduced for storing the old `website_published` value
Still, old SQL select was trying to read `website_published` instead of
`is_published`.
Step to reproduce:
- Create a Membership Product
- Create a Membership Customer
- Add the Membership to the Customer (Buy Membership)
- Publish the Customer
- Go to /members, it will error 500

Before this commit, self.env.ref would always find the generic view loaded from
the assets.
Disabling a customize_show view on a website would not hide completely the
feature as the self.env.ref would retrieve the active generic one and not the
inactive specific one.
Step to reproduce (on one of the module):
- Install website_sale_wishlist
- Disable "Wishlist" on the Customize menu of /shop
- Go to a product page, the wishlist hearth icon is still there
