Use case:
Company is in USD, create a bank journal in euro and set euro currency to 0.9
Create invoice for 80 EUR and pay it. Then create a bank statement of 85 EUR in newly created journal and use reconciliation widget to reconcile statement and payment. Put the remaining 5 EUR as writeoff in bank fees. The move created for those 5 EUR wrongly computed the amount_currency of the counterpart, this commit fix this problem.

PR #15306
In a multi-currency environment, company currency is USD
- Create an invoice of 100 EUR, corresponding to 65 USD
- Register a payment directly from the invoice (button "Register
Payment") of 60 USD. Choose "Mark invoice as fully paid".
- The write-off line contains the amount in the invoice currency (field
`amount_currency` filled in.
This was introduced in commit 003f2ee9b.
On the other hand:
- Create an invoice of 100 EUR, corresponding to 65 USD
- Create a bank statement of 60 USD.
- Proceed to reconciliation, and create a write-off line of 5 USD.
- In this case, the write-off line does not contain the amount in the
invoice currency.
The user expects the same behavior in both cases, so we introduce the
amount currency in the second case.

When a group of tax is nested inside another group of taxes, the tax
amount and base are wrongly calculated. It is also the case when a tax
is applied after a group of taxes.
This is because the recursive call doesn't reuse the previously
calculated tax amounts and base, but always use the same entry amounts.
The fix introduces this behavior, and moreover makes sure to include the
tax group in the base amount only if it should.
Closes#13995
Before the fix, the tax base amount is computed only for a complete
invoice line. However, depending on the tax sequence and their inclusion
in the base amount, the tax base amount might be different for the
various taxes of an invoice line.
We keep track of the base amount for every single tax, and refactor the
`_compute_base_amount` to take these values into account.

This allows to import acccount.move.line via csv and provide the field 'tax_ids' (which is needed for the tax statement).
This option is now a context's key, replace the key 'dont_apply_taxes' which was now useless
Numbering of statements is not anymore automated, sequence of the journal is now only used for the numbering of account.move (for consistancy with payments). Name of statements now appears as 'reference'.
Cancelling of a statement line keeps in memory the old move's name to reuse it in the same fashion as for account.invoice (avoiding gaps in numbering).
Cancelling of a payment now keeps in memory the old move's name to reuse it in the same fashion as for account.invoice (avoiding gaps in numbering)
The computation of the total_invoiced field did not work in batch mode.
When displaying a company in a form view (field invoice_total comptued), the
children of this company are present in the cache and the value of the field
invoice_total will be prefetched for these children as well (at least in 9.0).
Most of the time this is redudant information and the same value is computed
for each child while most of the invoices are on the parent.
Batching the computation per partner allows to make one global query for all
partners.
Add test to make sure the total increase correctly after a test invoice
confirmation.
The test `test_balanced_exchanges_gain_loss`
failed on Jun 6, because it created a specific rate
for today's date at midnight
(e.g. on Jun 6, 201x-06-06 00:00:00) for the test purpose,
but a rate is created in the demo data for Jun 6 midnight exactly:
`base.rateUSDbis`, making the test confused about which rate
to use.
We solve this by making the test use the rate `base.rateUSDbis`,
modifying the rate for its own need, instead of creating a new
rate.
Symptoms: running a full reconciliation manually with that wizard was resulting in not fully reconciled aml altough the total in company currency and in secondary currency were perfectly matched. Full use case described in added test test_manual_reconcile_wizard_opw678153.
Problems:
- The system was processing by pair of aml and creating exchange rate entry/full reconciliation as soon as possible whereas in that case it needs to be postponed at the end of the manual reconciliation otherwise some entries would be excluded from processing.
- Another problem was that because of this batch processing, we ended with unconsistent amount_residual_currency values for some entries that were fully reconciled in company currency but not in foreign currency (also negative amount_residual_currency for a debit line which should never happens)... To solve that, we now process the manual full reconciliation in two steps: only in company currency first, then in secondary currency if needed. A small adaptation in the payment widget of invoices was needed for that too.
[FIX] account: fixed behavior in order to create the exchange rate difference entry at the full reconciliation only.
This is needed in order to support the use case where an invoice in foreign currency is paid on a bank account in company currency,
with the user encoding manually the difference due to the currency fluctuation (writeoff in the bank statement reconciliation interface): before
this patch, Odoo was doing automatically the same, what results in a duplicated currency difference booking). ticket ID: 670876.
A test has also been added in account/tests/test_reconcilication.py (test_statement_euro_invoice_usd_transaction_euro_full) to ensure that use case
is now fixed.
[FIX] account_full_reconcile: a reconciliation is full as soon as either total_debit = total_credit OR if total_amount_currency is 0
[FIX] account: when registering a payment with a writeoff, always create the writeoff line exactly as entered by the user. Before, it was modified
by the exchange rate entry, for some reason...
[FIX] account: on invoices, show the payment widget and outstanding payments in the invoice's currency always
[FIX] account: when assigning a payment in company currency on an invoice in foreign currency, save the amount_currency in order to create the correct
exchange rate.
[FIX] account: show the currency difference entry on the invoice payments widget
[FIX] account: fixed the reconciliation methods in order to work with exchange rate entries that have debit = credit = 0
[FIX] account: fixed reconciled field computation. A line is reconciled only if its amount_residual AND amount_residual_currency are 0
[IMP] display the move name of payments on the invoice payments widget

Zip range and state filtering were added at
377a6ecab0, but the
precedence between country, group, vat_required,
and not required were not correct.
This commit fixes the precedence as follows and adds
the corresponding tests:
0. Explict position on partner
1. Direct match on all criterions
2. Match on country+zip before country+state
3. Match on country before country group
4. Match on `vat_required` criterion on all
the above before trying them all again without
Test that when an included tax is mapped by a fiscal position, the

Fixes/hides a deadlock when running test_sale_order with either a single
database or a db_filter making a single database visible: the test
causes a report to be printed, which invokes wkhtmltopdf, which tries to
fetch assets using the registry which is being loaded. The asset request
thus waits on a lock which is held by the test which waits on the asset,
deadlocking the whole thing.
Using HttpCase means we're using the test_cr or something and bypassing
the deadlock, instead the asset requests just 404 as they do when using
the nodb routing.
The `unittest2` package is simply a backport of `unittest` from the
Standard Library of Python 2.7 to previous versions.
There is no reason to use it any longer.
Closes#6941
Major changes:
- No use of UoS anymore
- No analytic journal (journal_id) on account move lines
Reason: complete rewrite of the Sale module.
