Before when creating a vendor bill with a tax 15% and a price unit less than 87, the widget to edit the tax amount was wrongly displayed, the pencil and amount was broken into two lines. This fixes this behavior by ensuring that the all block stays together using the css property white-space: nowrap

Previously when opening the manual reconciliation widget with several lines, trying to put the focus on another line by clicking on the grey line was not working due to a o_field_widget with the partner name taking all the line and there is an event on that o_field_widget that stop the propagation of the event.
Also changing the partner value was only changing the value in the grey zone and not in the other field.
Therefore as it was strange to have twice the name of the partner display one above another and that it was causing problem for the focus of the widget. We removed the name of the partner that was readonly (leaving the editable field where we can change it) and we replaced it with the name of the account which makes more sense.

If we don't want the user to write in invoice_origin, then we should hide it when empty. It's weird to show an empty field that no one can edit.

Formally, when I try to install a chart of account that have parents the new expenses/income accounts created don't have the proper taxes linked.
This is case was because the expense/income accounts where created on the parent chart and the taxes on the last chart being installed.
With this modification we fix that and we improve the way it's done by:
1. Doing it only once when all the accounts has been created.
2. We don't write into the account.account.template on each iteration, we just write onto accounts that is where we need it to be done
The function _blurProposition returned a promise that was causing
concurency in the function quickCreateProposition. The _computeLine from
_blurProposition was erasing the value of reconciliation_proposition
created in quickCreateProposition.
However, the _blurProposition was didn't need to call _computeLine as it
was called later.

If a line was produced by a reconciliaion model, it shouldn't be put back
in the reconciliation propositions because a rpc request would not give
it back. Also, the line is not correctly formatted.

When trying to edit the amount of a proposition of an inactive
statement, the focus of the line tried and the edition of the amount
were racing one against each other causeing flickering and making it
hard to edit the line.
We removed the focus as it was intended for the keyboard navigation but
it was not fully usable, so we also removed the accesskey needed for the
focus.
Before, it was possible to select lines from different companies and create a line from a yet different company. This is now forbidden.
Also, add tests to ensure only the account is changed when creating an accrual entry.

With the changes in the ORM, the method _compute_has_chart_of_accounts is now also called after the create, erasing the value of chart_template_id.
We cannot set that field as related to the company because set_values checks if the value changes and it wouldnt be the case if we already changed it at the validation of the config form.
So this commit checks if there is already a value before setting the default.

Install Account, do an invoice, send and print it. Install
snailmail_account, do the same process. The wizard refuses to send the
email because the Compose field is empty.
The `account.invoice.send` model is defined with an `_inherits` to
`mail.compose.message` on the `compose_id` key. When the model is first
created, that `compose_id` key is left unpopulated on the view as the
referenced model is not created yet. Hence posting the view is
impossible as it fails the form validation.

As we have to set account on product and product category to know in which
account generate some accounting entries in some business flow (e.i.: expense),
we need to keep some consistence with those accounts.
Since those fields are company dependent, meaning their value depends on the
current company, we want to ease the selection for the end user by only displaying
the relation available in the current company. To do so, specific domain are needed.
This guidelines should be applyied on each property fields.
Task-1999686
When creating invoices via the 'Upload' button, the
'message_main_attachment_id' field wasn't set on the record. This
happened because the message posted in the chatter was linked to the
wrong 'res_model' which prevented it from being selected as the main
attachment.
This was causing a bug in the OCR module ('account.invoice.extract')
where we use this field to determine which attachment must be sent to
the OCR server.

* When clicking on the partner m2o selection field before having clicked on the bank statement line, 2 events occured:
* the bank statement line expanded
* the partner selection showed
This could lead to unwanted behavior as the renderer could update
-> Stop the propagation of a click on .o_field_widget to prevent
flickering and possible update of the statement line widget
* Always recompute the create line as sometimes the value is not correct
when removing a proposition
