- Remove duplicate search view from delivery module.
- Add website_published in tree and search view of delivery.so that
we can check at a glance which carrier is available in frontend.
- Remove the the group by 'Stage' on the lead search view.
- Remove the kanban view for the leads.
- Remove Stage column from the lead list view.
They get to use stages as soon as they are opportunities.

The commit failed the tour test since there is invisible

People tend to click on the gear on the stage column and click
the "Edit" button. There, they think they are creating a task.
- Rename the 'Edit' button into 'Edit Stage'.
- Hide mail_template_id and project_ids fields in technical features.
