- subject is not required anymore, leading to a better-looking Wall/Chatter
- defined a name_get because subject could be void

- cleaned various views of the wizard
- fixed link send in the email for direct login

- fixed a bug due to a wrongly named variable (logger)

- use expander plugin for read more/read less.

Thibault Delavallée 507b43cedf [IMP] mail.message: can now have void subjects. Void subjects are not displayed in chatter/wall; this allows to have a more flexible way to display blog post, while avoiding to display unnecessary data for notifications or quick replies. This imply that a way to manually add a subject when posting a comment is required; this will be done in openchatter part3.

Olivier Dony a81e6c8980 [MERGE] ir.actions.act_window: explicitly support res_id attribute 
This attribute was allowed for inline action
definitions, but was not supported in the data
model, which is inconsistent. It also prevented
persisting an action with a res_id, or defining
on in module data files.
