In the German localization, "Sales Order" MUST be translated as
"Auftragsbestätigung". In all other cases it can remain as
"Verkaufsauftrag".
Term was previously corrected but then overwritten by accident during
fw-port that used old translation.

After 15.0, part of the German localization modules have been moved to
the DIN5008 modules to be shared with other countries.
We migrate the translations here to the correct modules in the versions
after 15.0 and complete missing ones.

Currently, only stable releases see their translations updated. This has
resulted in master accumulating outdated stuff for years, which can be
confusing for users testing master on runbot.
This one-shot commit resynchronizes master translations based on the
content from 16.0 and removes empty PO files (i.e. no longer containing
translations).

Steps to reproduce:
- Install modules `l10n_din5008_sale` and `sale_management`
- Activate the language `German/Deutch`
- Create a new quotation
- Set a customer with `German/Deutch` as language
- Add a product then print the quotation
Issue:
Some sentences are not translated.
Cause
Missing translation files.
