This commit adapts several views to make them use newly defined
widgets, the new decoration-xxx mechanism on fields, and to adapt
them to the new design of buttons.

Before this commit, the SearchPanel widget was given a single unified domain coming
from the view/controller. The issue was that some modules injected additional leaves
in this domain and there was no way to remove them/separate them from the original
view/controller domain.
Now, another paramater (the `viewDomain`) is given to the SearchPanel, containing
the distinct domain related to the view. The Lunch module has been adapted to give
the `location` domain through this new key.
Note that some tests steps had to be inverted since the method retreiving the
domain of the view/controller is asynchronous (needed by Lunch to give time to the
model to be loaded). It mainly concerns the RPC order which does not matter in this
case.

Currently there is two ways in view to have a phone number displayed in
LTR in a RTL language:
- have `widget="phone"` on a field
- have a class o_force_ltr on the field
But this is currently done very rarely and fail in list view because the
direction of data cells is used, eg.:
```
<div style="direction:rtl">
<table><tr><td style="direction:ltr">
<span>+1 2 3</span>
</td></tr><tr><td>
<span style="direction:ltr">+4 5 6</span>
</td>/tr></table>
</div>
```
will be displayed as:
+1 2 3
6 5 4+
In this commit, we use unicode-bidi* to optionally add an additional
level of embedding so direction is taken into account by the
bidirectional algorithm.
This commit also adds o_force_ltr class or phone widget on phone fields
where it is not already defined.

Purpose of the task is to add Kanban views on the Configuration menu
of the Lunch Application for a better interface on smaller devices.
So in this commit added for kanban for alert, location and product
category but keep the current list view by default for all this menu.

Purpose of this task is to prevent users from setting portal users on
internal documents by mistake, and preventing noise and performance
issues resulting from loading all the portal users in those fields.
This commit fixes internal many2x fields to res.users which are now
restricted to internal users by setting domain (share=false) on form view.

ir.rule are default values but can be customized based on the
company's policy and needs.
This is typically a record that is in noupdate as should be
customization-friendly.

Currently, to activate/deactivate records with the 'active' checkbox
user has to switch to edit mode of the form.
So the purpose of the task is to allow the user to activate/deactivate
records from the readonly mode of the form view.
In this commit, we set widget='boolean_toggle' on the 'active' field in form
view.

The current "mutli-company filter" of lunch product reports is hardcoded
in the SQL view, based on the user's company, ignoring the general
mechanism of multi company rules (env allowed companies).

For performance reasons, the company_id of a lunch supplier is now
stored.
In a multi-company environment, the multi-company ir.rule was loading
*all* the suppliers in order to check their related company_id.

Now we can translate name and description field in lunch.product object
and we want that translation in kanban view of 'lunch.product.report'.
So we set related field in 'lunch.product.report' and remove those fields
from init().
Due to related field it will affect on performace of lunch.product.report
kanban view loading.

There are too many image sizes. Since they are stored resized this takes time to
generate when saving a new image, it's more rows on the attachment table, more
files on the disk, ...
64px is close enough to 128px that it can be removed without a big impact on
download size.
It will even reduce download and number of requests when both images are
displayed because now only one has to be downloaded and then benefit from cache.
The difference between the two is typically around 1.5kB which is negligible
these days, especially when the request overhead is around 0.5kB already, not
even taking into account other factors such as latency.
If a 64px image must absolutely be returned, it is still possible to pass the
size parameters to the image route. But the current guideline is to handle
resizing in the views when necessary.

=====
- remove width and height attributes when existing CSS rules are overriding them
(eg. `.oe_kanban_avatar` in the right context)
- add CSS rules instead of width and height attributes when possible
- use `object-fit: cover;` where width and height are forced to avoid distortion
of non-square images
- for products, use `object-fit: contain;` instead, keep ratio but without crop
- add new CSS rules where the expected size was max 64px*64px before due to the
image size itself
- remove `img-fluid` where using size classes to avoid conflicting rules
