* [IMP] mail: check if template can be rendered on write
Before this commit, whenever a user would send an email from a template
containing mako python expressions and those expressions contained
syntax errors, the mail would still be sent but the body would be empty,
this was intended behavior but due to an increase in complaints of empty
mails being sent, the behavior was reviewed.
This commit improves on this behavior by:
1. Rendering the template on write (save)
2. Checking if the template rendered successfully
3. Raising a UserError if the rendering failed
The end result is a modal box showing an error to the user whenever he
either saves an mail.template with python syntax error in mako snippers
or when a mail with mako snippets is rendered on-the-fly (wizard).

The changes on chat_window are wrong, because the
composer uses an 'input', instead of a 'div'.
As a result, it was not possible to send messages
over im_livechat from the website.
This was not the case on the webclient: chat_window
is enhanced with extended_chat_window, which replaces
the composer with 'div', hence the changes are correct.
When someone mentions another person in discuss/chat window, the
mentioned name was displayed just as a text, which may be unclear. With
this commit, we display mentions with the same style as mentions in a
message.
To do that, the main idea is to change the input by a div with
contenteditable set to true. This allows us to add <a>...</a> inside.
We would like to make the "no item found" screens more appealing.
Before this commit, it shows a small help tip in the top-left
corner of the screen, just below the "Create" button.
With this commit, these help tips have been replaced by onboarding
screens, which consist of a picture and some text below, both of which
are horizontally centered.
The texts have been slightly changed, so that they are shorter and clearer.

Before this commit, users had only access to messages if they were
recipients. However, you can still be notified for messages your are not
a recipient; leaving you with notifications (needaction) on unreachable
message.
The "Mark all read" button either set all messages as read, or if a
domain is given, filter messages on it.
But this filtering is also dependent on not doing sudo so odd
notification to which we would somehow not have any access would never
disappear in the unread number.
Adding a sudo is risky, so this changeset just modify the test on domain
since in most instance the domain is just an empty list (so: []).
The added test before this change would fail at the last assert ("mark
all read should conclude all needactions even inacessible ones").

Before this commit, when we create a new object (e.g. task, product, ...),
the part of the form for the chatter was blank.
After this commit, it displays the chatter with a single temporary message
'Creating a new record...'
This message is only visible by the user that is creating the task, and goes away
when saving the newly created task. Any interaction with the chatter (buttons and
widgets at the top of the chatter, including the message itself) are disabled, so
that no interaction from the user is possible.
This rev. is the first part (out of 3) of the refactoring of the
ActionManager and ViewManager layer of the webclient.
The main changes are:
- there is no ViewManager anymore, its work is now handled by the
ActionManager itself, but isolated in a specific file ; this
eases a lot of things, as the breadcrumbs handling for example.
- the ActionManager code is converted to the new coding principles
and guidelines ; mainly, children widgets communicate with it by
triggering events up, and not by function calls anymore.
- the ActionManager layer is now testable, and a lot of tests have
already been written.
- the code in other addons has been adapted consequently.
What's coming next:
- introduce the 'AbstractAction' Widget, and make client actions
and view controllers inherit from it ; this widget will
implement a common API that could be used uniformly by the
ActionManager (e.g. restore(), canBeLeft(), renderButtons(),
getTitle()...).
- move the ControlPanel handling from the ActionManager to the
AbstractAction.
Those fields are prefixed by default_ which now strictly means they
should be linked to a default value for a given model. Their name
is updated so that it does not conflict with the strict verification
done recently for settings.
Before this rev., terms in the activity systray dropdown weren't
translated because the user_context (containing the user language)
wasn't passed.

This test couldn't be executed within the classic JS web suite,
because it relies on mobile specific files that are rejected in
desktop. Now that a second web suite (for mobile) has been
introduced (see 9bc500948), we can activate this test.
In the activities, the name of the models were not translated
This is only the server side of the fix.
The context needs to be added in the JS call in another commit

Purpose
* move notify in message_post instead of always doing it at message
creation
Specifications
* message create should only create a message
* message post should be in charge of calling the notification process
As this class has grown a lot some methods have been put a bit anywhere
in the file. To prepare future improvements it is easier to regroup
them a bit.
remove_accent from mail_alias is also moved to tools in order to separate
tools from business or class specific code.
An activity is always created with sudo, so it's useless to set the
image and the name of the "Administrator" all the time.
Now the image and the title of the assigned person is displayed.

When adding more than one recipients on mails a traceback appears.
This was caused because instead of doing a name_get by providing the partners ids as a list, we send them as arguments.
Which wasn't valid because name_get except a single argument.
opw #804691
In march 2017 saas-15 on activity message, the create_uid was displayed
with 26940f8d.
In november 2017 saas-14 an activity was always created sudo() with the
change 53ad585bf.
Thus in saas-15 we always have "planned by Administrator for {user}"
not making sense.

Thread mixin class adds a message_last_post field. This field may be
updated when a comment is posted, depending on a context key. Since a
while this context key is not used anymore. This means the field is never
updated. As it is used only as a filter in project we decided to remove
it.
This commit remove the field and the context key support. This kind of
specific feature can be done using customization if necessary in some
advanced use case.
