[IMP] spreadsheet_account: improve function descriptions

Improve the wording of the argument descriptions for the functions
`ODOO.ACCOUNT.GROUP`, `ODOO.FISCALYEAR.START`, and
`ODOO.FISCALYEAR.END`.
