[IMP] sale: catalog visual improvements

Preparing the sales catalog to odoo 17 release:
  - visual tweaks:
    - color of the selected product more appealing,
    - removing visual noise (border line),
    - adapting dark mode,
    - removing add adding spacing and margin where is needed,
