[REF] hr_expense: Replace t-esc by t-out in templates

Browse Source 
Due to the deprecation of t-esc to the unique use
of t-out in the rendering template, this replaces
every usage of it and ensures everything continues to
work as intended. Removing deprecation warnings
polluting terminal
