[FIX] base: add space between two fields

Steps to reproduce:
Add a record in the "Contacts & Addresses" tab of a contact.

Issue:
There are missing spaces in the information display.

Cause:
The kanban view compilation removes the spaces
(and line breaks) between the different tags.

Solution:
Add spaces on the template.
