[FIX] website_event: tune registration complete page

PURPOSE

Improve registration flow

SPECIFICATIONS

Followup of 2b5c0b41b20c8a73406fb71fa4a653a6867deac2 : better display of registration complete
page, notably event (not a link, simply in muted) and add some anchors to ease
inheriting module.

MIGRATION / UDPATE

Updated template: website_event.registration_complete
