This commit adds a new feature to eCommerce: "Reorder" The system administrator may enable the feature in the website's settings. It will add a new button on a completed sales order portal page to reorder the same content. Upon clicking the button a dialog will pop up to configure the different product's quantities and display any error that would prevent a product from being added to the cart. If the user has something in his cart already a confirmation dialog will be prompted asking the user if they want to clear their cart before adding the products to the cart.
