Antoine Vandevenne (anv) fb83017d79 [IMP] sale: add a settings section to display sale connectors

Prior to this commit, sale connectors (sale_amazon, sale_ebay, ...) had no dedicated section in sale's settings. If merged, this commit will allow to install such connectors in one click from the settings of the sale module.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
