Before this commit: When you increase the height or width of cells in a table and subsequently delete a row or column, the adjacent rows or columns experience an increase in their height or width. This happens because the table preserves its overall dimensions even after resizing individual cells. After this commit: Now, the table no longer preserves its height or width.
