- Remove depreciated `after` method of `Cursor`
- Remove `unbuffer`/`flush_env`/`clear_env` methods
- Remove specific code for psycopg version < 2.7 (psycopg version is
always >= 2.7 in our requirements)
- Depreciated autocommit

Odoo
