Allows to define steps that only apply either in community or enterprise, by setting the step's attribute 'edition' to 'community' or 'enterprise'. If the attribute is not set, the step applies on both edition.

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:
$ ./odoo.py setup_git_dev
To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:
