Nicolas (vin) fa738e5101 [FIX] l10n_be: fix xml export

PR #58523 did some changes in the definition of lines for the Belgian tax report
which had has the side effect of causing them
to not be exported in the xml anymore.

Reverse this particular change to fix that issue.
