Simplify and improve barcode implementation

This PR rework the way barcode is implemented. It introduces a new `barcode_service`, which basically replaces `barcode_events`. The barcode service is meant to be the reference for all code that needs to detect a barcode.

While we are at it, this PR improves the code, remove dead code, and simplify the implementation. It will be followed by a rework for the barcode widgets and barcode handlers, to make them work with the new owl views.
