This branch extracts the control panel out of the view manager. It also does a few other refactoring in web client, such as: * work on the way views communicate their state to the control panel * better coordination between actionmanager, viewmanager, client widgets * there is only one controlpanel by action manager * buttons are added/removed atomically (no flicker)

For a standard installation please follow the Setup instructions from the documentation.
If you are a developer you may type the following command at your terminal:
wget -O- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/odoo/odoo/master/odoo.py | python

For Odoo employees
To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:
$ ./odoo.py setup_git_dev
To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:
$ ./odoo.py setup_git_review
