Before this fix, any XRechnung xml will raise a warning when being submitted on https://erechnungsvalidator.service-bw.de/. The warning states: "[BR-DE-21] Das Element "Specification identifier" (BT-24) soll syntaktisch der Kennung des Standards XRechnung entsprechen."
