Humberto Arocha f472ea705a [FIX] l10n_mx: Base Tax Received Account

Added account to cash basis and assign. On taxes with Tax Due Based on
Payment has been added as now is compulsory.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
