Alexis de Lattre f0ae2288e9 [FIX] account,purchase: display analytic_tag_ids correctly

account: the field was present twice in the view
purchase: was not using the right group, same as c9e8ec50ca1c

Fixes odoo/odoo#35073

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
