Fabien Pinckaers eedf37d6e2 [IMP] Better handling of indexes

Three supported types:
- btree (default for index=True)
- btree not null (when >90% of the data are null)
- gin trigram search (for char fields)

Review of indexes on all objects.

closes odoo/odoo#83015

Odoo
