Anjali ecad945ef8 [FIX] crm: add missing default values for partner during quick create

This commit adds few missing default values for some of the partner
fields while we create partner on the fly with quick create kanban
card of lead. Below are the fields that we added

 * name
 * is_company
 * company_name
 * phone
 * email
