Jacky (trj) e98ddc8ce6 [FIX] point_of_sale: expose diff fields for bank payment methods in the closing popup

There are two changes in this commit:
1. Show input fields for bank payment methods.
2. Move the logic that checks allowed diff amount from backend
to pos ui.

Odoo
