Improve channel related test content, notably
* use more often real users to avoid doing all tests as admin;
* remove unnecessary variables creation, use content created during
setUp;
* improve overall code;
* remove join/leave channel custom tool method and add real methods on
channel model;
Moderation tests are left untouched because... well.
