In the 'mass_mailing' module, the action helper has an absolute position and will be placed relatively to the top left corner of the form sheet With this configuration, the element can sometimes be placed off the notebook page. It can occur when the list of recipients placed above the notebook page contains a lot of elements. To fix the issue, we will wrap the content of the notebook page in a `div` having the `position-relative` class.
