Varun Raval dece93d5be [IMP] mail: hide integrations tab if no integrations are available

When we're on a channel, we can see the "Integration" tab even if integrations
are not available. So now whenever any integrations are available then only the
"Integrations" tab will be shown otherwise it will be hidden.
