Before this commit, trying to delete a page from the page manager in debug mode would throw an error of type "Got duplicate key in t-foreach". As explained in this commit [1] and as per the [owl documentation]: "Owl requires the presence of a t-key directive, to be able to properly reconcile renderings." and "A key should be a unique number or string." In our case, "dependency_value" is an array. Due to that, the current item of the "t-foreach" iteration is the current value. The bug is fixed by ensuring that the value of "t-key" is the current value index and not the value itself.
