This commit allows the navigation inside the Control Panel to fill all the container height. Prior to this commit, the navigation arrows inside the control panel were not taking the whole height of the container, which would cause a weird visual render where everything would have exactly the same height except these elements. To fix the issue, we adapt some of the flex properties used in the layout, ensuring everything is well aligned. task-3580216 closes odoo/odoo#140670 Signed-off-by: Pierre Paridans (app) <app@odoo.com>
